Italian-style Almond Cookies

Oven-lined baking sheet
Preheat oven to 180 deg cel
- 200 grams of butter
- 3 eggs (L)
- 2 tablespoons of cognac
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1.5 cup plain flour
- 1.5 cup of self rising flour
- 100 g chopped almonds
- 100 g raisins (optional)
Mix all ingredients together (in a bowl, by hand or mixer with guitar hook)
Divide the mass into 5 and on a floured surface (the mixture is soft)
Create equal loaves and place in a mold with a space
Bake for 20 minutes.
Leave to cool for several hours, (recommended for overnight) to retire into thin slices.
Preheat oven on Turbo mode to 150 degrees
Lay each slice aside and bake for 45-60 minutes.
